Melvira Academy was founded in 2018 with a mission to empower the next generation of leaders in Cameroon and Africa overall. In a world that is constantly changing, the Academy recognizes the importance of equipping young graduates with the necessary skills and values to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

The founders of Melvira Academy saw a need for a unique educational experience that would go beyond the traditional academic curriculum. They realized that in order to make a positive impact in the world, individuals must possess not only knowledge and technical skills, but also emotional intelligence and a strong moral compass.

The Academy’s grand vision is to create a global community of future leaders who are equipped with the tools and values they need to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives by impacting their communities positively. By providing a supportive and inspiring 5-day training and a 12-month Global Mentorship Program, Melvira Academy helps young African graduates develop the soft skills, emotional intelligence, and the core values that will enable them to succeed and make a positive impact in Africa and on the world at large.

Through its training programs, Melvira Academy aims to deconstruct participants’ limiting belief system to instill empowering, inclusive and compassionate new values in them. We teach students the importance of integrity, empathy, compassion, the power of words and positive thoughts, affirmations, mindfulness and unconditional love for all sentient beings and their centrality to achieve lasting success. The Academy’s graduates leave with a well-rounded skill set, a strong sense of purpose and awareness, and a commitment to making the world a better place.
